AuthPoint Application Portal Extended Support for Internet Explorer

On February 15th, a new version of the AuthPoint Application Portal was launched, with a new design and security enhancements, including end of support for Internet Explorer.

As a request from customers who were not able to upgrade their Microsoft environment to meet the requirements, we are reverting this change to extend the support of Internet Explorer with our Application Portal and Office365 SAML. This also has changes to the look and feel of the Application Portal.

We strongly recommend customers who still use Internet Explorer or are on the scenarios mapped on this Help Center article, to upgrade their environment. Meanwhile, Internet Explorer will still be supported.

Keeping our systems and technologies up to date is essential in our development and operations to guarantee our customers' security. Microsoft and most of the technologies used in WatchGuard products no longer support Internet Explorer, even for security updates.
