WatchGuard has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification of its information security management system (ISMS). The scope of the certification is limited to the ISMS of the WatchGuard infrastructure for the configuration, management, support and delivery of the WatchGuard ID, AuthPoint Multi-Factor Authentication, Endpoint, and WatchGuard Cloud applications and services that support Firebox and Wi-Fi in WatchGuard Cloud.

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system. The certification was performed by Schellman & Company, LLC, an ANAB and UKAS accredited Certification Body based in the United States.

WatchGuard's endpoint security products have received a certification with "High ENS Category" (Cualificación Alta ENS) from CCN.

The CCN is Spain’s national Common Criteria (CC) scheme. The Spanish National Security Scheme (ENS) is the transposition of NIS Directive, European Cybersecurity and National Cybersecurity Strategy as a law, in Spain to support the public sector and its supply chain to put in place cybersecurity measures. ENS contains a catalogue of certified Security Products, in which Panda Adaptive Defense, Panda Adaptive Defense 360, Cytomic EDR and Cytomic EPDR are included – WatchGuard’s endpoint security products include the former brands, Panda and Cytomic.
