TDR Outage in EU

On 1 December 2020, the TDR EU AWS environment suffered from an intermittent outage which resulted in some Host Sensors being unable to contact ThreatSync. This seems to be linked to the deployment of new TDR infrastructure on the night of 30 November 2020. Despite Engineering's extensive efforts, the root cause of the connection issues could not be determined, and the deployment was reverted on 1 December 2020 at 7:30pm EST. Connectivity issues should be resolved with the reversion to previous environment infrastructure. As WatchGuard continues the analysis, we will postpone the deployment of the new infrastructure.
