Key New Feature

Want more control over how guests access your Wi-Fi? WatchGuard now allows you to integrate with third-party captive portal services. This means you can create a more customized and engaging guest Wi-Fi experience.

Here's how it benefits you:

• Third-party captive portals can collect richer guest data, including social media login information, for more in-depth analytics.
• Choose from a wider selection of features offered by different third-party services. This lets you tailor the guest experience to your specific needs.
• With WatchGuard Cloud, you can set up multiple guest networks (SSIDs) within an access point. Each network can have a unique splash page designed by a third-party service you choose, like Purple Wi-Fi, Eleven Wireless, or GuestAir.

How to Upgrade

Firmware upgrades are included with active WatchGuard support subscriptions. The most straightforward approach is to use WatchGuard Cloud to schedule upgrades for one or many access points. In addition, you can download the applicable package from the WatchGuard Software Download Center.

Access Point Captive Portal Enhancements

• Are you curious about the guests on your Wi-Fi network? The new Guest Analytics report provides valuable insights, from usernames and connected devices to data they submitted through your captive portal web forms. • Network Access Enforcement lets you define a specific landing page that greets Wi-Fi clients once they've met your security requirements. Customize this page with your chosen URL to welcome users, provide important information, or promote special offers. Radio Settings in Access Point Sites
