We automatically collect this information from computers and other devices that are used by employees.

Records of products or services purchased, obtained or considered; purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies; and other commercial information

We collect this information if you purchase any products from us.

Education information; employment history; and professional or employment-related information

We use this information to consider your employment application.

Marital status

We use this information for payroll and tax purposes.

Military or veteran status

We use this information to allow you to self-identify yourself as a veteran and for payroll purposes.

Age (over 40 years old)

We use this information to provide you with benefits and for completing forms to comply with state and federal law and regulations.

Citizenship status

We use this information to complete forms to comply with state and federal law and regulations.

Race; color; sex; gender identity; national origin; request for family care leave; request for leave for an employee’s own serious health condition; request for pregnancy disability leave); and disability (mental and physical including HIV/AIDS, cancer, and genetic characteristics)

We use this information to provide you with benefits and for completing forms to comply with state and federal law and regulations.
