One Platform. One Agent. One Giant Leap for MSP Efficiency.

Managing security shouldn’t mean juggling a dozen tools, agents, and spreadsheets. WatchGuard is cutting through the noise with two major updates designed to give managed service providers (MSPs) the simplicity and control they’ve been asking for: expanded PSA integrations and the new WatchGuard Agent.

Bringing Security and Operations Together

MSPs live inside their PSA and RMM systems, making these systems the backbone of daily operations. So instead of forcing partners to work outside those platforms, WatchGuard has embedded security management right where MSPs already spend their time.

WatchGuard Cloud now connects natively with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, and (coming soon) HaloPSA, providing MSPs with a direct bridge between their business systems and security stack.

These integrations automate everything from ticket creation and billing to asset synchronization and contract management. No more exporting CSVs, manually updating invoices, or reconciling alerts from multiple dashboards. Every alert, customer, and license update can now flow through your PSA automatically, keeping data clean, accurate, and up to date.

One Agent to Rule Them All

MSPs have also been clear about another pain point: too many agents. Every product install, patch, and OS means another agent to manage, update, and troubleshoot. The WatchGuard Agent is a unified software installer that eliminates that problem.

The WatchGuard Agent supports FireCloud clients, endpoint protection (including patch management and encryption), MDR and NDR collectors across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. It’s modular, lightweight, and managed entirely through WatchGuard Cloud.

That means faster onboarding, fewer update headaches, and unified monitoring across all your clients. You’ll know every component is deployed, healthy, and running as intended, all from one place.

From Alert to Invoice, Fully Automated

Delivering deep PSA/RMM integration and a unified agent are just two ways WatchGuard is creating a unified platform for managed service providers to deliver security, where everything, from detection and response to billing and compliance, connects through automation.

Industry analysts are taking notice. WatchGuard was recently named Champion in the 2025 Canalys Cybersecurity Matrix, highlighting our leadership in unifying security and operational efficiency.
