The first thing you'll see when opening Rai is the Daily Brief.
The Daily Brief provides a clear summary of security activity across your environment, including:
- What happened
- Actions that were taken
- Incidents requiring attention
- Key operational performance metrics
This allows you to quickly understand what occurred across your managed environments without manually reviewing individual alerts or events.
Operational Visibility in Rai Home
Rai Home also provides key performance indicators that help measure security operations and communicate value to customers.
Available metrics include:
- Mean Time to Detect (MTTD)
- Mean Time to Contain (MTTC)
- Signal-to-Incident Ratio
- Automated Containment Rate
These metrics provide visibility into how effectively incidents are detected, investigated, and contained while helping demonstrate operational performance over time.
Getting Started
If you're already using ThreatSync in WatchGuard Cloud, simply open Rai from the navigation menu and review your Daily Brief.
Within minutes, you'll have a consolidated view of security activity, incident prioritization, and operational performance across your managed environments—helping you spend less time investigating and more time focused on meaningful response.
