New in WatchGuard Cloud: Manage Every Customer Alert from One Place
As MSPs grow, notification management can quickly become fragmented. Alert rules, recipients, and customer-specific configurations span multiple accounts, creating repetitive work and increasing the risk that critical events reach the wrong team or no one at all.
WatchGuard Cloud’s new Centralized Notification Management for Email Alerts feature gives Service Providers one place to create, assign, and manage notification profiles across their customer base. The result is faster administration, more consistent alerting, and greater confidence that the right people receive the right information.
In the past, partners had to configure alert rules and email recipients customer by customer, making it difficult to see which notifications were active, who received them, and where updates were needed.
With centralized notification management, Service Providers can create and manage email notification profiles from one place. For example, partners can build profiles for renewals, ThreatSync incidents, or other solution-specific alerts, then assign the right recipients, such as SOC teams, operations teams, or account managers.
Instead of repeating the same setup for every customer, partners can standardize notification workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure the right teams are alerted to the right events across their managed environment.
