New WatchGuard Cloud Beta: Scale from One View with Service Provider Delegation

Growth can make service provider operations harder to manage. Acquisitions, partner relationships, and expanding subscriber environments often create separate accounts, fragmented visibility, and disconnected workflows. 

WatchGuard Cloud’s new Service Provider to Service Provider Delegation feature, now in beta, helps simplify that complexity. It gives tier-1 Service Providers a more centralized way to manage delegated environments, streamline administration, and scale operations. 

With delegated access, one Service Provider can request permission to manage another Service Provider account directly in WatchGuard Cloud. Once approved, partners can centrally manage configurations, inventory, licenses, and subscriber accounts across delegated environments without constantly switching between separate accounts. 

This is especially valuable for providers acquiring other companies, consolidating operations, or managing multiple partner relationships. Instead of fragmented visibility and disconnected workflows, Service Providers can bring more subscribers, licenses, and inventory into one operational view. 

The result is cleaner management, better scale, and easier administration across larger service provider ecosystems.
