Important Product Changes to AuthPoint Total Identity Security

Today, we are announcing important changes that affect AuthPoint Total Identity Security.

End of Feature Availability Notice

AuthPoint Total Identity Security will no longer include the Password Manager, which consists of the corporate and private vault app (within the AuthPoint mobile app) and browser extensions for Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Additionally, WatchGuard Dark Web Scan will no longer be free, part of AuthPoint, or available from WatchGuard Cloud. 

Commitment to Customers and Partners 

This decision comes after much business and market analysis, partner feedback, customer sentiment, and alignment with our company’s strategic direction. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for all existing users and partners. We will continue to provide product support for Dark Web Scan until March 31st, 2025, and the Password Manager until September 25, 2025.

Changes in Pricing and SKUs, Effective October 1, 2024 

New, lower pricing is rolling out to distribution for all Flex Pay Plans (one-year term, three-year term, monthly subscription, and points) effective October 1, 2024.

Looking Ahead 

While we are discontinuing Dark Web Scan, we are excited about the future. A new third-party intelligence source and all-new Dark Web Credential Monitoring service will be exclusively available in AuthPoint Total Identity Security. Keep an eye out for beta invitations to participate.
