The Sicarii ("dagger-men" in Latin) were a loosely organized Jewish faction who were famous for performing public assassinations using a specific curved dagger (Sica) just before the First Jewish-Roman War. Before the first war, their signature tactic was to perform concealed assassinations in public places, targeting Roman officials and/or Jewish collaborators. One of several purposes of this was to inflame tensions and sow distrust among the Roman rulers and Jewish collaborators. These assassinations prevented collaboration and acted as an accelerant leading up to the first war.
Based on the Sicarii name (the group uses one 'i' at the end), the group is obviously aligned or associated with Israel, based on the name, the DLS being in Hebrew, and the fact that they provide extra payouts if their affiliates ransom "Arab countries."
On their About page, they state, "Premium Bonus: Larger Shares for Attacks on Arab Countries" ... "We offer significantly larger shares to partners and Initial Access Brokers (IABs) when targeting Arab countries."
