Reminder: Firebox T15 and T15-W Reach End-of-Life in March 2027

As previously announced in March 2022, WatchGuard initiated the End-of-Sale (EOS) and End-of-Life (EOL) process for the Firebox T15 and T15-W appliances. The original announcement outlined the product retirement timeline and migration recommendations.

With the March 2027 End-of-Life date now seven months away, partners and customers should begin planning migrations for any remaining Firebox T15 and T15-W deployments to avoid service disruptions and ensure continued access to the latest security, performance, and support benefits.

Help customers prepare early for a smooth transition.

Support and customer-facing teams should familiarize themselves with the upcoming EOL timeline and recommended migration path to the Firebox T115-W. As customers inquire about hardware lifecycle planning, take the opportunity to educate them on the benefits of current-generation Firebox appliances and guide them toward proactive migration planning. Early conversations help avoid support challenges closer to the EOL date and ensure customers continue to receive the protection, performance, and support they expect from WatchGuard.

Support Focus: Educate customers, reduce last-minute escalations, improve migration readiness, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
