The group publishes extensive data breach write-ups without leveraging data encryption and runs several double extortion campaigns:

  • A stereotypical double extortion site where data is leaked if ransom isn't paid
• Harcoded Horror Show
  • "The Hardcoded Horror Show is FulcrumSec's catalogue of the most humiliating compromises in history: enormous multinational corporations breached not through zero-days or sophisticated tradecraft, but through credentials they published themselves."
• Shame Site
  • "FulcrumSec's Index of Shame is dedicated to shaming the guilty parties who treat their users' data with such gross negligence, by way of the open directory."
• Slopocalypse Now
  • "Slopocalypse Now is FulcrumSec's exposure of the AI industry's systematic failure to protect the data it collects."
