WatchGuard Cloud + HaloPSA Integration Now Available
WatchGuard Cloud now integrates with HaloPSA. This integration brings WatchGuard operational data directly into HaloPSA workflows, helping teams cut manual entry and respond faster to security events.
Why It Matters
HaloPSA is built for operational efficiency, with structured workflows, standardized contracts, reliable billing, and clear reporting. By integrating WatchGuard Cloud, you add a high-value operational data source that lands directly inside the PSA, delivering visibility into device status, license entitlements, and security events without leaving HaloPSA.
That means:
- Cleaner ticket queues
Rule-based, WatchGuard-triggered ticket creation and updates keep technicians focused on resolution, not alert monitoring. - Improved billing and contract accuracy
Device metadata and license usage data help keep services, agreements, and recurring billing aligned. - Faster triage and resolution
Technicians get immediate context, including device details, firmware version, entitlement status, and expiration dates, inside the ticket workflow. - Stronger, more unified reporting
Combine WatchGuard data with HaloPSA reporting to create a single, defensible view of service delivery and commercial performance.
What the Integration Delivers
With the WatchGuard Cloud and HaloPSA integration, teams can streamline tickets, contracts, billing, and reporting across both platforms, operating from a single source of truth.
The integration supports:
- Device Data
Import Firebox and Wi-Fi Access Point information, including model, serial number, license type, firmware version, expiration dates, and more. - License Usage
Track user allocations and license usage for AuthPoint, Endpoint Security, FireCloud, ThreatSync XDR, WatchGuard NDR, and Managed Services. - Closed-Loop Ticketing
Automate ticket generation and resolution for ThreatSync XDR, Endpoint Security, Firebox events, license alerts, and WatchGuard Cloud notification rules.
How to Get Started
Before you connect WatchGuard Cloud with HaloPSA, you must create a new API application in your HaloPSA account to enable WatchGuard Cloud to communicate with the HaloPSA server.
