TDR Infrastructure Shutting Down
On November 28, 2023, we advised you to upgrade all TDR Host Sensor installations to EDR Core or another WatchGuard Endpoint Security solution. We at WatchGuard understand the importance of continuous security improvement, and with that in mind, we introduced EDR Core as the successor to TDR Host Sensors. We're excited to announce that the transition to EDR Core is complete, paving the way for the official shutdown of the TDR infrastructure.
What Does This Mean for You?
We understand that transitioning from the familiar to something new can be daunting. However, we've worked diligently to ensure a smooth and seamless migration for all our customers, providing extensive resources to facilitate the transition to EDR Core.
With the TDR infrastructure shutting down, there is one last task. Within March, you should remove any automated installers you might have, such as helper agents, as part of remote management tools, or as operating system images.
