About Mobile VPN with SSL

The WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL client is a software application that is installed on a remote computer. The client makes a secure connection from the remote computer to your protected network through an unsecured network, such as the Internet. The Mobile VPN client uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure the connection. TLS is the successor to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

The Firebox does not include Mobile VPN with WireGuard. To move remote users from Mobile VPN with SSL to FireCloud for private network access, use FireCloud Total Access and the WatchGuard Connection Manager. Multiple users can connect to Mobile VPN with SSL from the same external IP address. Make sure the virtual IP address pool has enough addresses for all expected concurrent users. Configuration issues can prevent additional users from receiving valid virtual IP addresses.
