Edit an AuthPoint User

Applies To: AuthPoint Multi-Factor Authentication, AuthPoint Total Identity Security

From the Users page in the AuthPoint management UI, you can see and manage AuthPoint user accounts.

You can edit this information for local AuthPoint user accounts:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • User name
  • Email
  • Group membership
  • Address information
  • Mobile number

You cannot make edits to users that are synced from an external user database. To edit information for users synced from an external user database, you must manage the user account in the external user database. To change the AuthPoint group of an external user, go to Change the AuthPoint Group of LDAP Users.

To edit a local AuthPoint user account, in the AuthPoint management UI:

  1. Select Users.

  1. Click the name of a user.
    The Edit User page opens.

  1. Make changes to the user account. To edit the address or mobile phone number, click Show Address.
  2. Click Save.
