Before You Call Support
When you contact technical support, you will be asked for basic information about your WatchGuard devices and WatchGuard account. Make sure you have this information ready:
- Product serial number
- Contact name, primary and alternate phone number, and hours of availability.
- What is the specific problem, issue, or symptom you are experiencing?
- How often do the problem, issue, or symptoms occur?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
- What were the results?
