Response Tools

Response tools enhance incident management with real-time alerts, workflow automation, rapid containment, reduced response times, and reduction of potential damage during security incidents. They streamline collaboration among teams, which ensures a coordinated and efficient response to threats.

Automation Tools

In case of a critical rule failure, the Security team is notified about the incident, either through an automated alert or escalation to the incident response platform. Security analysts can review the incident to confirm the accuracy of the automated response and act accordingly.

To open the Response & Automation page, click Integrations > Response & Automation. For Service Providers, from the Select Integrations View drop-down menu, select the view you want:
