Slack Automation with WatchGuard CloudDR

When you integrate Slack with WatchGuard CloudDR, CloudDR automatically sends messages on channels with the detailed data when an action occurs.

Prerequisites

To configure this integration you must have a Slack workspace account user with the required privileges or a Super Admin account.

Scope	Use
admin	Read access to a workspace
users:read	Read access to people in a workspace
channels:read	Read access to view basic information about public channels in a workspace
groups:read	Read access to view basic information about private channels
mpim:read	Read access to view basic information about group direct messages
im:read	Read access to view basic information about direct messages

Integrate Slack with CloudDR

To integrate Slack with CloudDR:

1. Select Integrations > Response & Automation.
2. In the Slack widget, click Add.
3. Click Start Integration.
4. (Service Providers) Select the organization you want to configure the integration with.
5. To give CloudDR access to Slack, in the OAuth section, click Sign In with Slack.
6. Select all of the check boxes.
7. Click Finish.
