Service Providers in WatchGuard Cloud can review aggregated information for their managed accounts and\ accounts to which they have been delegated access. The information in the widgets changes when you select Overview, My Account, another Service Provider account, or a Subscriber account in Account Manager.
Account Manager is hidden by default when you log in to WatchGuard Cloud and opens automatically when you select one of the menus (Dashboard, Monitor, Configure, Inventory, and Administration).
These dashboards are available for Service Providers:
Home
The Home dashboard provides a quick status view of the products, endpoints, and users in your account and accounts you manage. To open the Subscriber version of the Home dashboard for your account, in Account Manager, select My Account.

Security Strength
The Security Strength dashboard provides a centralized view of the security strength of your managed accounts, so you can quickly identify risks, prioritize remediation, and improve the Security Score in your managed accounts. For more information, go to About the Security Strength Dashboard.
Threats
The Threats dashboard provides an overview of incident activity in your account and the accounts you manage. An incident is activity that is confirmed to be malicious, and can be as simple as an indicator of compromise, or as complex as an indicator of attack that sequences behaviors to determine malicious intent.

Application Risk
The Application Risk dashboard provides a global view of applications and their associated security risks. For more information, go to About the Application Risk Dashboard.
Network
The Network dashboard provides a centralized view of network health across the Subscriber accounts you manage. Dashboard widgets show information about locations, monitored assets, device inventory, and alerts to help you identify issues, prioritize investigation activities, and monitor customer environments from a single dashboard.
