If you have an active subscription license, managed accounts can add any number of users to their account. You can limit the maximum number of users for an account.
To limit the number of users for a managed account, in WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Inventory.
- From Account Manager, select an account.
If this is a Service Provider account, you must also select their Subscriber account from the list of their managed accounts. - Select AuthPoint > Allocation.
The Edit Allocation page dialog box opens. - From the Product list, select the AuthPoint product you want to limit users for.
- From the Allocation Type list, select Subscription.
- Select the Limit the number of users.
- Type the Maximum Number of Users this account can have.
- Click Save.
