Retrieve Your WatchGuard User Name

If you have a tier-1 or tier-n account but do not remember your user name, you can send a request to retrieve it from the WatchGuard login page.

To retrieve your WatchGuard user name:

1. Go to https://login.watchguard.com.

2. Click user name.
   The Retrieve User Name page opens.

3. In the Email text box, type the email address you used when you created your WatchGuard account.
4. Click Submit Request.
   A confirmation page opens. If the email address you provided is associated with a user, you receive an email message with your user name.
5. When you receive the WatchGuard User Name Request email, click Log In.
   The login page opens.
