Remove Computers from the Unmanaged Computers List

Applies To: WatchGuard Advanced EPDR, WatchGuard EPDR, WatchGuard EDR, WatchGuard EDR Core, WatchGuard EPP

Endpoint Security does not remove computers from the Unmanaged Computers Discovered list when they are no longer accessible because in the network. You can manually delete them from the list.

If you delete an unmanaged computer in the Endpoint Security management UI and do not uninstall the endpoint software or remove it physically from the network, it will appear again in the next discovery task.

Your operator role determines what you can see and do in WatchGuard Cloud. Your role must have the Add, Discover, and Delete Computers permission to view or configure this feature. For more information, go to Manage WatchGuard Cloud Operators and Roles.

To remove computers from the list:

  1. From the Unmanaged Computers Discovered list, select Discovered or Hidden, depending on the status of the computers you want to remove from the list.
