New Features
PSInfo v6.0
With the release of PSInfo v6.0, the PSInfo tool has an updated, modern look and feel that aligns better with the WatchGuard brand. This version of PSInfo requires .NET. Version 5.0 of PSInfo is required for endpoints with Windows 10 operating systems and lower.
Enhancements
- A new Support Case Number text box was added to enable the PSInfo report to be attached automatically to an existing WatchGuard Support case when one exists.
- From the About dialog box, you can now open the PSInfo Help and Release Notes.

New Features
- The PSInfo tool can now collect advanced AuthPoint logs for review by WatchGuard Support.
Enhancements
- The PSInfo tool was updated to include support for configuration changes in the upcoming release of Endpoint Security. The Friends & Family test program begins on 5 March 2026.
- In the Sample Submit tool, you can now submit a sample file to report a false positive. You can attach a specific file or submit a file that Endpoint Security has in quarantine.

New Features
WatchGuard AuthPoint Profile
A new AuthPoint profile collects information from the AuthPoint Gateway and AuthPoint Logon apps.
WatchGuard SSL VPN Client Profile
A new SSL VPN Client profile collects support information for the WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL Client.
Enhancements
- File certificates and signatures are now compatible with ASLR, DEP, and GS flags.
- This release resolves core loader issues that caused the PSInfo tool to crash, in particular in environments when keyboards were removed or changed.
