Cannot Uninstall AuthPoint Logon App

You cannot uninstall the AuthPoint Logon app. This might be because you cannot log in to the computer.
Symptoms
- The Logon app cannot be uninstalled
- The Logon app is partially installed or the installation is corrupted
Diagnostic Steps
- Confirm the user has permissions to log in to the computer.
- Confirm the user has permissions to add and remove programs.
