Synchronize Your Password Vault

Sometimes, you might not see all passwords if you add or edit a password in your password vault on one device, and then open your password vault on another device. If you do not see all your passwords in your password vault, synchronize your account.
To synchronize your password vault:
- Open the AuthPoint browser extension or AuthPoint mobile app and log in to your password vault.
- Open the menu and select Settings.
- Click My Account.
- Click Sync Now.
