Hudu Automation with WatchGuard CloudDR

When you integrate Hudu with CloudDR, CloudDR automatically creates issues in Hudu with the detailed data per customer when an action occurs.

Prerequisites

To configure this integration, you must have a Hudu Super Admin account and an API key.

Generate Hudu API Key

To generate a Hudu API key:

1. Log in to Hudu with the Super Admin account.
2. Go to Admin > Account Administration > API Keys.
3. Click New API Key.
4. Copy the generated API key.

Integrate Hudu with CloudDR

To integrate Hudu with CloudDR:

1. Select Integrations > Response & Automation.
2. In the Hudu widget, click Add.
3. Click Start Integration.
4. (Service Providers) Select the organization you want to configure the integration with.
5. In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your Hudu URL. This is the part of the URL before .huducloud.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.huducloud.com, enter example.
6. Click Next.
7. In the API Key text box, enter the API key you copied previously
8. Click Submit.
