Link Your WatchGuard and Panda Accounts

To use Panda products, you must have a Panda account and a WatchGuard account that are linked to each other.

Before you purchase Panda products, we recommend that you use the account mapper to link your Panda account and your WatchGuard account. If you do not have a WatchGuard account or a Panda account, the account mapper can create an account for you.

The first time you activate a license for a Panda product, you are prompted to link your Panda account and your WatchGuard account if you have not already done so.

To link your Panda account and your WatchGuard account:

1. Go to accountmapper.watchguard.com. From this page you can create a Panda account, a WatchGuard account, or link your existing Panda and WatchGuard accounts.

2. Do one of the following:
   • If you have a WatchGuard account but you do not have a Panda account:

     1. Click I have a WatchGuard account and need a Panda account.
        You are prompted to confirm your choice.

     

     2. Click Continue.
        A WatchGuard login page opens.

     

     3. Type your WatchGuard account user name and password.
     4. Click Log in. You see the details of the Panda account that will be created for you. We recommend that you save your account ID. You need this ID if you contact Support.

     

     5. Click Submit.
        A Panda account is created for you.

     

     6. Click Continue.
   • If you have a Panda account but you do not have a WatchGuard account:

     1. Click I have a Panda account and need a WatchGuard account.
        You are prompted to confirm your choice.

     

     2. Click Continue.
        A Panda login page opens.

     

     3. Type your Panda account user name and password.
     4. Click Log in. You see the details of the WatchGuard account that will be created for you. We recommend that you save your account ID. You need this ID if you contact Support.

     

     5. Click Submit.
        A WatchGuard account is created for you.

        If you have a Panda Partner account, a WatchGuard Partner account is created for you.

     6. Click Continue.
   • If you have a WatchGuard account and a Panda account:

     1. Click I have both WatchGuard and Panda accounts.
        You are prompted to confirm your choice.

     

     2. Click Continue.
        A WatchGuard login page opens.

     

     3. Type your WatchGuard account user name and password.
     4. Click Log in.
        A Panda login page opens.

     

     5. Type your Panda account user name and password.
     6. Click Log in.
        Your Panda account is linked to your WatchGuard account.

        If you have a Panda Partner account and a WatchGuard end-user account, this process upgrades your WatchGuard end-user account to a WatchGuard Partner account.

     

     7. Click Continue.
