IP Address Assignment

Select the type of IP address you get from your ISP for the interface.

DHCP

Select this option if your Firebox will receive an IP address automatically from a DHCP server run by your ISP.

PPPoE

Select this option if your ISP uses PPPoE to give IP addresses. If you must type a user name and passphrase to connect with PPPoE, make sure you enter it in the wizard.

Static IP Addressing

Select this option if you know your IP address. You must enter it manually.
