When you use the WatchGuard Endpoint Security management UI, you might experience a connection or login error.
This help topic provides information about possible causes and solutions.

Website Error On Load

When you try to open the management UI from a browser, you see an HTTP status code of 400 or 404. If one of these status codes occur:

  • Try to log in to the management UI from a different device.
  • Try to view other websites from the same device.
  • Try to open the management UI with a different browser.

Service Unavailable Error

When you try to open the management UI from a browser, you see this message:

Service Unavailable - Zero size object
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

This error might occur when you log in to different WatchGuard Endpoint Security accounts and the login process corrupts an HTTP cookie. To resolve, clear the cookie cache of your browser and try again.

Login Credential Error

When a Subscriber tries to log in to their WatchGuard Endpoint Security account, they are not able to log in.

If you are a Service Provider, you can check the credentials of a Subscriber and try to log in to their account from your environment. If you can log in with no issues:

  • Make sure the Subscriber has the correct login credentials.
  • Make sure to ask the Subscriber to clear their browser cache and temporary Internet files.

If you cannot log in to your account, contact Support.
