As a Service Provider, you can centrally manage the endpoint security of managed and delegated Subscriber accounts, managed Service Provider accounts, and account groups in Endpoint Security. You can apply endpoint security settings and tasks to computers and devices on the network in the multi-tenant management UI.
You can manage the endpoint security of delegated Subscriber accounts in the multi-tenant management UI, including the Subscriber account of a delegated Service Provider account.
To open the multi-tenant management UI for endpoint security, your Service Provider account must have an active Endpoint Security product license in its inventory.
To open the multi-tenant management UI from WatchGuard Cloud:
- From Account Manager, select a Service Provider account.
To select your own Service Provider account, select
Overview. Or, select a tier-n Service Provider account.
- Select Configure > Endpoint Security.
The multi-tenant management UI opens. Your accounts and account groups show on the Settings page.
To return to the Endpoint Security management UI for a specific account, from Account Manager, select the Subscriber account.
The Settings page updates to show the settings information for the selected account. The allocated Endpoint Security product name displays above the navigation bar.
