Disable Email Alerts for Blocked Items

To stop receiving email alerts when an item is blocked:

  1. In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > Endpoints.
  2. Select Settings > My Alerts.
  3. Disable the A program that is being classified gets blocked toggle.

View Details of Blocked Items

To view information about blocked items:

  1. In WatchGuard Cloud, select Monitor > Endpoints.
  2. Select Status > Security.
  3. Select the Currently Blocked Items Being Classified tile on the dashboard.

  1. To unblock the item, click the item and select Unblock.
    If you cannot unblock the item here, add the program to the allowlist or create an exclusion. For more information, go to Configure Authorized Software Settings (Windows Computers) or Create Exclusions in WatchGuard Endpoint Security.

If the blocked item is not on the list of blocked items, the item is likely already classified. Access the History option to see details of items classified as safe or as malware.

If items are blocked and classified as malware, you can check the Malicious programs or Potentially Unwanted Programs tiles on the dashboard for details.
