Export Client Settings

If you have not configured API access for the ConnectWise RMM tool, you can use the Client Settings page to download and export WatchGuard account configuration information. You can then use this information to manually map the accounts in the ConnectWise RMM tool to the WatchGuard accounts with the WatchGuard Account ID and WatchGuard Token custom fields.

To export the WatchGuard client configuration information, from the onboarding application:

  1. Select Client Settings.

  1. Click Download CSV.
