Manage Access to Your Account

Some of the features described in this topic are available only to participants in the WatchGuard Cloud Beta program. If a feature described in this topic is not available in your version of WatchGuard Cloud, it is a beta-only feature.

The Managed Access page is where you manage external access to WatchGuard Cloud accounts and services. Subscriber and Service Provider accounts can delegate access to their account to a managing Service Provider account. As a Service Provider, you can manage accounts that have delegated access to their accounts to you.

Service Provider accounts can:

• Enable API Access
• Delegate your WatchGuard Cloud Account
• Manage a Delegated Account (Service Providers Only)
• Enable WatchGuard Orion Management
• Manage WatchGuard Orion
• Support Access to WatchGuard Cloud Accounts

Subscriber accounts can:

• Enable API Access
• Delegate your WatchGuard Cloud Account
• Enable WatchGuard Orion Management
• Support Access to WatchGuard Cloud Accounts
