Monitor Switch

Applies To: Wi-Fi Cloud-managed Access Points (AP120, AP125, AP225W, AP320, AP322, AP325, AP327X, AP420) This topic applies to Wi-Fi 5 access points you manage in Wi-Fi Cloud (AP120, AP125, AP225W, AP320, AP322, AP325, AP327X, AP420).

In Discover, the Monitor > Wired page contains detailed information about the network switches that connect your APs to the network.

LLDP must be enabled on your switch to view switch information.

You can freeze columns, add or remove columns, filter the display, and switch to full screen mode using the icons at the top-right of the page. For more information, see Table Actions for Monitor Pages.

The switch properties include this information:

Property	Description
Name	The name of the switch. Click the switch name to see additional properties about the switch.
Vendor Name	The manufacturer of the switch.
Chassis ID	The MAC address of the switch.
Connected Access Points	The number of APs connected to the switch. Click the number to show the details of the connected APs.
Access Point Distribution	Click View Details to see the distribution of the APs connected to the switch. You can view by AP Location, PoE Type, and Link Speed.
Connected WiFi Clients	The number of Wi-Fi clients connected to each switch. Click the number to show the details of the connected clients.
