The License Details page shows information about your Data Retention licenses, endpoints, and AuthPoint, WatchGuard Compliance Reporting, and ThreatSync+ NDR users.

Firebox

This tab shows all of the Data Retention licenses in your account, and whether they are assigned to a Firebox.

Endpoints

On this tab, you can see the endpoint security product associated with your account, the number of endpoints allocated, and the next expiration date. Click Start a Trial to open the Trials page where you can start a 30-day trial for an endpoint security product or module. Trials appear in the table with a Trial label. Tier-n Subscribers must contact their Service Provider to start a trial.

If you have a Total Security Suite subscription, EDR Core shows in the list of products. If you upgrade EDR Core or start a trial of WatchGuard EPP, EDR, EPDR, or Advanced EPDR, then EDR Core shows as Inactive.

ThreatSync+ NDR

On this tab, you can see the number of users allocated to your account, and the next expiration date for your user license. Click Start a Trial to open the Trials page where you can start a 30-day trial for ThreatSync+ NDR. Trials appear in the table with a Trial label. Tier-n Subscribers must contact their Service Provider to start a trial.

Compliance Reporting

On this tab, you can see the number of users allocated to your account, and the next expiration date for your user license. Click Start a Trial to open the Trials page where you can start a 30-day trial for Compliance Reporting reports. Trials appear in the table with a Trial label. Tier-n Subscribers must contact their Service Provider to start a trial.

AuthPoint

On this tab, you can see each product licenses associated with your account, how many AuthPoint users are allocated to your account, and the next expiration date for your user license. Click Start a Trial to open the Trials page where you can start a 30-day trial for an AuthPoint product. Trials appear in the table with a Trial label. Tier-n Subscribers must contact their Service Provider to start a trial.

If there are no licenses, you can click Activate License. Tier-1 Subscriber operators are prompted to go to Support Center where they can activate a new license. If there are licenses available, when a tier-1 Subscriber operator clicks Activate License, the Inventory > Allocation page opens where the operator can allocate a license. Trial licenses are indicated with a Trial label.

Service Providers can activate licenses for delegated tier-1 Subscriber accounts. If the Subscriber account already has a term license for the same product, then an Allocation Owner and Allocation Type columns also display in this table to help differentiate the licenses.

When a tier-n Subscriber clicks Activate License, they are prompted to contact their Service Provider.
