Teams Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based collaboration platform that enables teams to communicate, collaborate, and share content in real-time. Teams provides a wide range of features and capabilities, such as instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, file sharing and collaboration, project management, and integration with other Microsoft and third-party applications and services. This guide describes how to integrate Teams as a standalone application with CloudDR.
This integration is not required if you have already integrated the same instance of Teams as part of a Microsoft 365 integration.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must:
- Have a Microsoft Teams Essentials subscription or a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription or higher.
- Have a user account with Team Member and Owner permissions along with the Privileged Role Administrator, Global Reader, and Teams Administrator roles, or alternatively, the Global Administrator role. The user account must have these permissions:

Configure the Teams Integration in CloudDR
To configure the Teams integration in CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

- In the Microsoft Teams widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- To give CloudDR access to your Organization inventory in Teams, in the Step 1– OAuth section, click Sign In with Microsoft Teams, and log in with the user account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Next.
- To give CloudDR access to your Teams settings, in the Step 2– OAuth section, click Sign In with Microsoft Teams, and log in with the user account identified in the prerequisites.
CloudDR uses Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft Teams for deep integration, so CloudDR requests OAuth tokens for both services.
- Click Finish.
