SharePoint Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

Microsoft SharePoint is a cloud-based collaboration and document management platform that enables teams and organizations to store, share, and collaborate on content and documents in a secure and efficient manner. SharePoint provides a wide range of features and capabilities, such as document management, team collaboration, workflow automation, search, and business intelligence. This guide describes how to integrate Sharepoint with CloudDR.
This will integrate SharePoint as a standalone application. This integration is not required if you have already integrated this instance of SharePoint as part of a Microsoft 365 integration.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must:
- Have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription or higher.
- Have a user account with Site membership permissions along with the Privileged Role Administrator, Global Reader, and SharePoint Administrator roles, or alternatively, the Global Administrator role. The user account must have these permissions:

Configure the SharePoint Integration in CloudDR
To configure the SharePoint integration in CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

- In the SharePoint widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your SharePoint URL. This is the part of the URL before the forward slash (/). For example, if your URL is https://example-admin.sharepoint.com/, enter https://example-admin.sharepoint.com.
- Click Next.
- To give CloudDR access to your Organization inventory in SharePoint, in the Step 1– OAuth section, click Sign In with Microsoft Teams, and log in with the account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Next.
- To give CloudDR access to your SharePoint settings, in the Step 2– OAuth section, click Sign In with Microsoft Teams, and log in with the account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Finish.
