ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that provides enterprise-level software solutions for IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), customer service management (CSM), and other business processes. This guide describes how to integrate ServiceNow with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must use a ServiceNow super admin user account for the ServiceNow instance.
Configure the ServiceNow Integration in CloudDR
To configure the ServiceNow integration in CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the ServiceNow tile, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your ServiceNow URL. This is the part of the URL before .service-now.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.service-now.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- In the User Name text box, enter the user name for the super administrator user account.
- Click Next.
- In the Password text box, enter password for the super administrator user account.
- Click Submit.
