N-central is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform by N-able that helps IT teams and managed service providers monitor devices, automate maintenance tasks, manage patches, and remotely support customer environments across servers, workstations, and networks. This guide describes how to integrate N-central with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have an N-central user account with the Default Administrator role. You must also have an API-only user account configured with the Default Administrator role and a JSON web token. Multi-factor authentication must be disabled for the API-only user.
To generate the JSON web token:
- Log in to N-central with the Default Administrator user account.
- Select Administration > User Management > Users.
- Select the API-only user account.
- Select the User Details tab.
- Select User Information.
- In the Access section, clear the Use Two-Factor Authentication check box.
- Select the API Access tab.
- Click Generate JSON Web Token.
- Copy the generated JSON web token.
- Click Save.
Configure the N-central Integration in CloudDR
To configure the N-central integration in CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the N-Central widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your N-central URL. This is the part of the URL before .n-able.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.n-able.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- In the API Token text box, paste the API token that you copied previously.
- Click Submit.
