Hudu is a documentation platform used by MSPs that serves as a centralized repository for IT operational knowledge. This guide describes how to integrate Hudu with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have:
- A Hudu Super Admin account.
- A Hudu API key created with the Super Admin account.
Generate a Hudu API Key
To generate a Hudu API key:
- Log in to Hudu with a Super Admin account.
- Select Admin > Account Administration > API Keys.
- Click New API Key.
- Copy the generated API key and store it securely.
Configure the Hudu Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To integrate Hudu with CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) Click Add Integration.
- Select the product you want to integrate.
- Click Next.
- Select the organization where you want to integrate the product.
- Click Start Integration.
- (Subscribers) In the Hudu widget, click Add. Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your Hudu URL. This is the part of the URL before .huducloud.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.huducloud.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- In the API Key text box, enter the API key you copied previously.
- Click Submit.
