DocuSign Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

DocuSign is a cloud-based platform that enables users to securely sign, send, and manage documents electronically. DocuSign replaces manual, paper-based signing with legally binding digital signatures, to enable faster, remote, and secure agreement workflows across devices. This guide describes how to integrate DocuSign with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have:
- A DocuSign account user with required privileges, or you can use DocuSign admin account.
- A DocuSign account ID. The account ID is located on the Settings page of the account.
Required Privileges for the DocuSign Account
To configure this integration, you must have these privileges assigned to the user.

Configure the DocuSign Integration in CloudDR
To integrate DocuSign with CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

- In the DocuSign widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- On the Environment page, from the Environment drop-down list, select the portal URL.
- Click Next.
- On the OAuth page, click Sign In With DocuSign to log in to DocuSign.
- Click Finish.
