BambooHR is a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that centralizes employee data into a single platform. This guide describes how to integrate BambooHR with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration:
- Your BambooHR account must be a user or service account with the Manager Role.
- You must generate an API key for the account.
To generate an API key for your BambooHR account user:
- Log in to BambooHR with the account that has the required role.
- Click your profile picture and select API Keys.
- Click Add New Key.
- Enter a label in the API Key Name text box. Click Generate Key.
- Copy the generated API key and store it in a secure location.
Configure the BambooHR Integration in CloudDR
To integrate BambooHR with CloudDR:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the BambooHR widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- On the Namespace page, in the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your BambooHR URL. This is the part of the URL before .bamboohr.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.bamboohr.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- On the API Key page, in the API Key text box, paste the API Key that you copied previously.
- Click Submit.
