OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company that develops advanced artificial intelligence models, such as ChatGPT and DALL·E. This guide describes how to integrate OpenAI with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration you must have an Organization Owner user account and an Admin API key.
To generate an API key:
- Log in to the OpenAI API platform with the Organization Owner user account.
- Select Admin Keys.
- Select Create New Admin Key.
- Enter a name for the API key.
- Click Create Admin Key.
- Copy the generated API key.
Configure the OpenAI Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To configure the OpenAI integration in CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the OpenAI widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the API Key text box, paste the API key that you copied previously.
- Click Submit.
