Okta Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

Okta is a cloud-based identity and access management platform that provides secure authentication, authorization, and user management services for organizations. This guide describes how to integrate Okta with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have a super administrator user account and an Okta API token.
To generate an API token:
- Log in to Okta with the super administrator user account.
- Select Security > API > Tokens.
- Click Create Token.
- Enter a name for the token.
- Click Create Token.
- Copy the generated API token.
Configure the Okta Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To configure the Okta integration in CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

- In the Okta widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the namespace from your Okta URL. This is the part of the URL before .—admin.okta.com. For example, if your URL is https://example–admin.okta.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- In the API Token text box, paste the API token that you copied previously.
- Click Submit.
