monday.com is a project management and collaboration platform designed to help teams plan, organize, and track their work. This guide describes how to integrate monday.com with CloudDR.

Prerequisites

To configure this integration, you must have a user account with the Admin role and an API token for that account.

To generate an API token:

  1. Log in to monday.com with an Admin user account.
  2. Click your profile image.
  3. Select Developers.
    Developer Center opens in a new tab.
  4. In Developer Center, select My Access Tokens.
  5. On the My Access Tokens page, select Show.
  6. Copy and save the generated API token.

Configure the monday.com Integration in CloudDR

Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.

Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:

  • To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
  • To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.

To configure the monday.com integration in CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:

  1. Select Configure > CloudDR.
  2. Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
  3. (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

  1. In the Monday.com widget, click Add.
  2. Click Start Integration.
  3. In the API Token text box, paste the API token that you copied previously.
  4. Click Submit.
