Jamf Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

Jamf is an Apple device management platform that helps organizations deploy, manage, and protect macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices. It provides IT and security teams with tools for device provisioning, app management, security enforcement, and compliance monitoring. This guide describes how to integrate Jamf with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have a Jamf account with the Administrator role.
Configure the Jamf Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To configure the Jamf integration in CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.

- In the Jamf widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- In the Namespace text box, enter the workspace name from your Jamf URL. This is the part of the URL before .jamfcloud.com. For example, if your URL is https://example.jamfcloud.com, enter example.
- Click Next.
- In the Email text box, enter the email address for the user account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Next.
- In the Password text box, enter the email address for the user account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Submit.
