HubSpot develops cloud-based, inbound marketing software with tools for content management, lead generation, sales automation, and more. This guide describes how to integrate HubSpot with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have a HubSpot user account with these permissions:
| Scope | Use |
|---|---|
| settings.user.read | Read access to user accounts and their permissions. |
| crm.objects.contacts.read | Read access to properties and other details about contacts. |
| oauth | Basic access required for OAuth. This permission is added by default to all apps. |
Configure the HubSpot Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To configure the HubSpot integration in CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the HubSpot widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- To give CloudDR access to HubSpot, in the OAuth section, click Sign In with HubSpot, and log in with the account identified in the prerequisites.
- Click Finish.
