Datadog is a cloud-based monitoring, observability, and analytics platform that enables organizations to collect, visualize, and analyze data from their applications, infrastructure, and services in real time. Datadog is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and is designed to provide a unified view of system performance, reliability, and security across environments. This guide describes how to integrate Datadog with CloudDR.

Prerequisites
To configure this integration, you must have:
- A Datadog user account with the Datadog Admin role.
- An API key and an Application Key created by the account user.
To generate a Datadog API key:
- Log in to your Datadog Admin account.
- Select the API Keys tab.
- Click New Key.
- Enter a name for your API key.
- Click Create API key. Copy the API key and store it in a secure location.
To generate the Datadog Application key:
- Log in to your Datadog Admin account.
- Select Organization Settings > Application Keys.
- Click New Key.
- Enter a name for your application key. Copy the application key and store it in a secure location.
Configure the Datadog Integration in CloudDR
Service Providers can configure integration in CloudDR for a single organization or for all of their managed organizations. If you select a managed Service Provider from Account Manager, you can configure integration for all organizations managed by the Service Provider.
Before you begin, select the account you want to configure integration for:
- To configure integration for all organizations, from Account Manager, select Overview.
- To configure integration for a single organization, from Account Manager, select the account you want to integrate the application in CloudDR.
To integrate Datadog with CloudDR, from WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Configure > CloudDR.
- Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
- (Service Providers) From the Select Integrations View drop-down list, select Add Integrations.
- In the Datadog widget, click Add.
- Click Start Integration.
- On the Environment page, from the Environment drop-down list, select the portal URL.
- Click Next.
- On the API Key page, in the API Key text box, enter the API key you saved.
- Click Next.
- On the Application Key page, in the Application Key text box, enter the application key you previously saved.
- Click Submit.
